Hi, from Louisiana. Being part of this group gladdens me. Everyone's post, I can't stop reading. Educational and really interesting, every one of these topics. Over 100lbs were lost a few years ago naturally, and it's been kept off ever since. Easy it hasn't been, though. Every day is a struggle. 5 days a week of lifting, and every calorie that goes in my mouth gets watched. A few recovery peptides are in use, and a low dose GLP was recently started to help with maintaining. A real gamechanger, this has been!
