First post after lurking for ages — greetings from Canada. Took me a while to muster the nerve to say anything. My starting point was 220, and I was old with hypertension; these days I'm 190, no hypertension, still old. My goal is to land somewhere near 180. Lab results and what I see in the mirror have improved quite a bit. I'd like to link up with other Canadians…..and really anyone willing to share tips.

Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Hello!! Another Canadian right here too.

Hello there! It's true — for plenty of problems, the GLP1 crowd pulls off what feels like near-miracles, yet aging itself stays untouched. That said, a few of the other peptides can do some genuine magic when it comes to that "feeling old" side of getting older.
