Boy oh boy does it work....too good. I have some on hand and only use it for international travel (heading from US to Europe....that first long day or two). Don't overdo it though, long half life. You'll want to sleep (and eat) eventually.

Yes. After a year and a half, its like im immune and get no loss or suppression from a max dose. Trying a work around.

Teso has it's own set of issues. It can be really hard to dose correctly (the tabs are very small and dosing is usually 1/4 to 1/2). Do not take it if you are on SSRIs. It has a super long half life and takes (in some cases) 3-4 weeks to get out of your system.

I actually took some time off the forum because I became very ill after two doses of tesofensine. I feel a little better today, so I came back to share my thoughts on it.
To recap my journey, I was on reta for six months with zero weight loss. My appetite increased as I increased the dose, as did the side effects. Then I tried cagri and, most recently tirz. Cagri did nothing for me, even at 2 mg. Tirz seemed to work for the first few days, but then it was back to normal: no suppression, even at higher doses. I had severe GI side effects on all three compounds.
My goal is reducing food noise, not weight loss, although I strangely lost 12lb during the one month I was off reta. This was while I was waiting for reta to wash out so I could start cagri and then tirz.
I took my first dose of tesofensine, 250 mcg, on July 31. This gave me incredible focus and helped me stop thinking about food like nothing else has.
I took a second dose the following day, August 1, and that was when I started experiencing severe acute abdominal pain. The pain was strong enough that I considered going to the ER.
I stopped immediately, and the pain is now gradually subsiding. I’m considering trying 125 mcg once a week instead, as tesofensine has such a long half-life anyway.
For background, I have chronic IBS. I was born with it and have had it my entire life, but it became worse on reta, and I had managed to tame it by megadosing KPV.
I got mine from PGB, but I believe they are currently OOS. I feel that a liquid formulation may be less variable and easier to microdose, so perhaps I might try that instead in the future.

I have a very similar experience with reuptake inhibitors. When I was a child it reduced my appetite drastically to the point that I just couldn't eat. If I take them now it reduces my appetite "sometimes", but never in a meaningful way.
I'm currently using atomoxetine and it sadly did not touch my appetite.

I've been taking 250mcg for a few weeks now but haven't seen a drop in appetite. I either need to increase my dose or scale back on the peptides that cause appetite.

Tesofensine is genuinely interesting, it is basically a snri type antidepressant drug, except it blocks reuptake of dopamine as well as noradrenaline and serotonin. Developed originally as an antidepressant, and works in rodents but never tested for that in humans, and got sidetracked as a weight loss drug when they noticed it caused weight loss in rodents. It has had human clinical trials for weight loss showing 9% weight loss over a year, making it one of the very few agents that are not GLP's that actually work. I think they also did a study with it combined with a beta blocker to reduce sympathetic nervous system effects as well.
It does have a very long half life of about a week, and almost every person trying it that I have seen online, has run into issues with it accumulating over time and causing delayed adverse effects because of this, especially if using daily dosing, and many ended up using tiny or weekly doses instead. Anxiety and insomnia are the most common issues if I remember correctly.

That 9 day half life means it takes like 3 months for it to clear your system when you've been on it for awhile.

The scariest part to me was that the tabs are formed from pre-mix and testing resulted in very different concentrations. It is a tough item to get right.
I was very conservative in my approach, but the pills are very small and hard to cut.

This is very true, and it actually applies to all non-pharma-grade tablets. Here’s one example of tesofensine tested from the same batch; the variance is huge, ranging from 465.74mg to 814.53mg! This is why I think liquid formulations would be better, at least when it comes to managing dose variability.

Don't take tesofensine if you enjoy any type of party drugs. It mutes the effect,...so I've heard.

Assuming the pills are not too tiny, it would not be too hard to crush them , or better still if variance is an issue crush several at once, mix it well, then weigh out individual smaller doses, based on the pill weight being 500mcg. Scales accurate enough to 5mg are not expensive and empty pill cases are cheap.
There are a couple of supplements I take that are much cheaper bought in 10 gram lots from ebay or Amazon ( though these seem to not be there currently ) and putting a certain number of mg in a pill is pretty easy. ( 7,8 dihydroxyflavone and ergothionine ). I cannot see why it would be any harder to do it with pills, the only extra step is crushing, and maybe a tiny bit of maths to calculate mcg of drug/mg of pill weight.

Venders have had batches with differing tablet doses over the last 2 years it seems.
It really kills the appetite but can mess with your sleep. Feels speedy.
