Has anyone else been running into issues with supplier logistics?

I came across some customs-related issues, and because of that, a few people have delayed sending anything out.

Last Friday I ordered something, and on Sunday the tracking came through. As of now, the status remains [[Q1]]. Looks like this round means a lengthy wait for us, I suppose.

A vendor based in China told me they were pausing shipments because customs is cracking down hard on freeze-dried powders. Meanwhile, a different supplier out of the US sent theirs right away.

At the moment mine isn't going out, and I'm hoping it starts up once more before long.

You'd think these vendors would keep a backup plan ready for a situation like this.

My package departed China on Saturday and got here on Tuesday.

My guess is that certain people simply approach it in another way.

Hearing from roughly 20 TG groups I'm part of, and the story is consistent across nearly all vendors: right now there are delays, and they're concentrated at the Chinese warehouses. Word is it stems from government inspections of warehouses, or something along those lines. As far as I can tell, US warehouses haven't been hit by any of this.

No issues with US warehouse dispatch—I placed 2 orders this week. I've also joined far more TGs than I should have, and the feedback there is mixed: a few suppliers mentioned a 1-week hold, while others are continuing as usual.
