Hey all. I'm 44, a gym regular, and I live in CA. Just joined this forum. I began using Retatrutide back in August. The gym is something I enjoy, but my eating habits and those late-night sugar urges have always been a battle. After getting on Retatrutide in August, I'm down 30 pounds and looking leaner. The sugar cravings no longer run the show. My wife is on it too, and she has dropped more than 50lbs. Really happy with what this peptide is doing for the two of us.

Greetings, fellow iron lover — sent your way by a different gym veteran in his late 40s who obviously trains, yet knows every buffet employee around by their given names.

Retatrutide is a great discovery, and it's doing a lot of good for many of us.

Haha, that gave me a chuckle. During the day I get my 4 proper meals in, yet once I’m up in the middle of the night for a bathroom trip, I end up digging into the kids’ snacks in the pantry. Given how badly I sleep, I’m pretty sure ghrelin is playing a role here. Reta has been a help, but I’m noticing I can override it. I’ve been considering a switch to Tirz. Anyone got suggestions?

Do you find yourself hitting the snacks nonstop, or does it happen 3+ days after an injection?

Tirzepatide definitely provides stronger appetite suppression and is a good pick if what I'm about to suggest doesn't match your situation. However, if retatrutide is already giving you some relief, you could try adding a small dose of cagrilintide midweek to also target the amylin receptor. That approach ought to address everything for you.

For me, Reta (injected Sunday night) delivers 4-5 days of solid appetite control, and I'm fine with Saturday and Sunday being a bit more relaxed. If I took even 0.5mg on Wednesday night, it would likely suppress hunger enough to carry me through until my next Reta shot.

Not on a constant basis. During my first few months on Reta, it wasn't happening at all. These days it happens somewhat throughout the week. Right now my dose is 12MG, split as 4 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Testosterone, Eq, and HGH are part of my stack too. My guess is the EQ and HGH are driving the extra hunger. Just added 500MCG tesofensine, 5mg slu, and 1MG Mot-c, taken first thing in the morning before training. I'll give cargilintide a try 👍🏻 👊🏻💪🏻. Thank you
