Hello. My intro post. 52 yr old, 5'9" 209lb male, and the same 25lbs has been lost and regained for the last six years by locking things down each January through eating well. The job is active and physical. Some bodybuilder friends of mine brought up Reta. Week 3 is just beginning with a starting dose of 2mg. Research was dug into since Nov last year to get familiar.
A respect the drug attitude is what I hold, and it's water, diet and exercise requirements are being met.
4mg is where I go next week on Dose Day.
