I've been on KPV for several days, moving up in dose from 200mcg to 400mcg. I intend to hold at 500 for a while. What I appreciate is that my stream has been stronger since I began, despite being 73 and needing to wake once nightly to urinate due to an enlarged prostate. Something inflammatory down there must be getting addressed.

A daily Tadalafil dose of 2.5mg at low strength also helps with that, thanks to India Pharm. Each night I take KLOW, though I'll need to give KPV a try by itself.

For a daily dose, 5 mg is the typical amount. Plus, any doctor will readily prescribe it for either ED or BPH.

Honestly, if I could get my hands on some affordable Tadalafil, that would be great — and I bet my wife wouldn't mind either, haha

One might assume so, yet PCPs don't always operate that way. After I informed my doctor that Flomax wasn't working for me and mentioned that low dose Cialis is sometimes suggested for BPH, nothing came of it. On top of that, when I checked with my pharmacy about insurance coverage, the cost was outrageous. Within the US, Mark Cuban's CostPlus is the best route, though India comes in at a fraction of that price.

The secret is hitting up your PCP weekly, just like the retired folks around here do:

Monday morning - Costco

Tuesday morning - PCP plus Taco Tuesday

Wednesday morning - Costco

Thursday morning - Labcorp

Friday morning - Costco

Once 1 PM rolls around, a few of them are already home again, set for a snooze, haha.

For my BHP, I've been using KLOW plus some additional KVP. This only began a few days back, and my intention is to raise the KVP dose gradually until I locate a sweet spot. Getting my stream back to how it was 10 years ago would be great.

At gray pharmacies, the cost is low. Even so, the dose you receive is likely the bigger one, which means splitting each pill into 4 parts.

Not at all. You can easily get 2.5mg or 5mg for a small fraction of what the lowest-priced online source charges. It's an obvious choice.
