Knee pain with CJC/IPA

For roughly the past month I've been using a CJC no DAC / IPA blend at 250mcg of each. My usual timing is a shot in the morning right before the gym. If I sleep in or I'm taking the day off from training, sometimes I'll just skip it.

Last Saturday I overslept, took my shot like normal, then spent the day doing yardwork and running errands. Around 3 PM my knee started aching, and it kept getting worse through the evening without any clear reason.

This morning it's really stiff, though there's no swelling. Bending it hurts, and it hurts to put weight on it while sitting, but standing and walking aren't too bad. I've never had knee issues before, but this feels a lot like early fluid build-up or some sort of chronic strain.

I'm aware HGH and tesa can lead to fluid retention and joint issues, but I don't see much about knees being hit first (or only one knee), and I'm just trying to figure out whether CJC/IPA could be the cause. No other joints are bothering me. I skipped my shot today and plan to rest and ice it to see what happens. Would like to hear if anyone has personal experience with this.

Sermorelin, though the mechanism and the way it acts are essentially the same.

Right. This past week I cut my dose in half and there's a noticeable difference. Sleep benefits are still there (that's the main reason I take it), but the swelling in my joints and the water retention have eased somewhat

When you feel the knee and it's warm to the touch, that points to inflammation, most likely from an injury. Should you cut the dose in half and the problem disappears or improves, then what you're dealing with is water retention.

I've been running CJC no DAC / IPA blend 250mcg each for about a month. I generally pin first thing in AM before gym. Occasionally I skip a day if waking up late / not working out that day. I woke up late Saturday, pinned as usual, did some yardwork and ran some errands. By around 3 PM my knee was getting pretty sore and got worse as the day went on, with no obvious trigger.

I woke up this morning and it is very stiff but not swollen. Painful to bend or put weight when sitting, but standing / walking not too bad. I have never had knee problems but this feels pretty consistent with early fluid build-up or some kind of chronic strain.

I know HGH and tesa can cause fluid retention and joint problems, but I don't hear a lot about it hitting knees first (or even just one knee), and I am just trying to rule out CJC/IPA as a cause here. I don't have any pain in any other joints. I didn't pin today and will go for rest and ice and see what happens. Just curious for any personal experiences on this one.

Yes, I've experienced tightening of the genitofemoral nerve that's connected to my CJC+ipa dosing.

To understand this better and figure out how to work through it, I had to visit the HGH forums. Carpal tunnel is the nerve problem most often linked to HGH, but the truth is any nerve passing through a narrow channel can be affected.

You have to stop everything for a while, until the tightness is completely gone.

After that, you start with a micro dose, using it only as often as you can without any trouble showing up, and then slowly increase over time.

That's what the high forums would recommend

appreciate all the responses. once i cut out the cjc/ipa, things started easing up inside of 24 hours. seems like i'll be training again tomorrow. my plan is to hold off for about a week, then start back up at a lower dose, only on days i hit the gym, and see how that treats me.

There's nothing to worry about — you're probably just responding more strongly than most.

My main reason for using it is to deal with waking up in the middle of the night; it gives me another good stretch of deep sleep.

At roughly .1mg per dose, I get a slight flush and then sleep deeply and well. For the majority of people, that amount would barely register, if at all.
