I'm getting ready to begin round two of KLOW. Below is how my first cycle was structured.

Weeks 1–2: 2,667 mcg total, roughly 10 units (0.10 mL)

Weeks 3–6: 4,000 mcg total, roughly 15 units (0.15 mL)

Weeks 7–12: 5,333 mcg total, roughly 20 units (0.20 mL)

How is everyone else running KLOW? Does the plan above line up with what you're doing? And what about cycle 2 — should I make any changes?

Pretty similar to my approach. During the final weeks of cycle 1, I worked up to 6mg total. Now that I'm in cycle 2, I've made some changes. To start, I'm adding 10mg each of tb, Bpc and KPV, which brings the total to 110mg or 50/20/20//20. My injection amount is still 4mg (15 units), but the copper load is lower than before. Inflammation is still well controlled and my skin continues to look good. It appears to work well as a maintenance dose. I follow a 5 on 2 off schedule and am still considering whether a break from such a low dose is necessary.

Also, I came across this on a SKOOL page maintained by someone legit in this space. To me, 6 weeks feels too compressed, though I suppose it's an option.

A 6-week cycle, then a 6-week washout period

Dosing: 1×/day, 5–7 days per week

Reconstitution

Add 3 mL (300 units) of BAC water

Titration week by week

Weeks 1–2: 10 units — 1×/day, 5–7 days/week

Weeks 3–4: 20 units — 1×/day, 5–7 days/week

Weeks 5–6: 30 units — 1×/day, 5–7 days/week

Yeah, 6 weeks feels too compressed in my view as well. The only rationale for cycling that I've managed to find relates to possible copper toxicity. Between the modification I made to Klow and my 5 on 2 off schedule, I think that risk has been mitigated, though I'm still looking into it.

Count me in on wanting to hear how KLOW has helped with injuries, skin, or anything else. These peptides are tough since only a handful show obvious results — GLPs, because the scale can measure them.

yes I'm on 5/2 too, and naturally people question the 5/2. I don't know either, but it's one less thing to deal with on the weekend lol

I'd really like to hear about any ways KLOW has assisted with injuries, skin, or other issues. These peptides are tricky since only a handful show obvious results - like GLPs, because the scale gives us something to measure.

KLOW worked well for me and my infraspinatus injury. The pain was severe — I couldn't raise my arms above my head. Roughly 3 weeks in, I'd estimate I'm 90% free of pain. With any luck, one more week and it will be gone. My daily dose is 30 units, with no days off.

30, got it — after weeks 1-2 I might bump up the units beyond the protocol I posted, if that original post allows for it.

I mix it with 3ml bac and inject 10 units every day until the vial is finished. After that, I switch to running ghk-cu and kpv alongside each other. Staying on th and bpc continuously isn't something I want to do.

I never include ghkcu in a blend (and generally I tend to stay away from blends. I like to set each pep's dose individually as I see fit). Over time, copper might interfere with the other peptides.

About to start my second cycle of KLOW. This is what it looked like for my first cycle.

Weeks 1–2 2,667 mcg total ~10 units (0.10 mL)

Weeks 3–6 4,000 mcg total ~15 units (0.15 mL)

Weeks 7–12 5,333 mcg total ~20 units (0.20 mL)

What is everyone else doing w KLOW ? Is the above near what ur doing ? What about the second cycle? Should I modify it?

At the moment my daily intake consists of 10mg bpc, 10mg tb, 4 mg kpv, 4-5 mg ghk, plus a few other things. I'm considering raising the kpv and ghk amounts.

During my first KLOW cycle, I stuck with essentially the same KLOW dosing and introduced nothing else. I wound up pinning 6mg with zero problems whatsoever. To guard against the copper issue, I also take a zinc supplement every other day. When I first started more than a year ago, a few people on the board here weren't cycling it at all and used it daily. I figured a break was in order (roughly 2-3 weeks, if I remember right), and I regret doing it. Every one of my arthritis problems in my hands returned immediately. I'm back on it now, but this time I'm adding an extra 1mg of BPC plus the TPV - and I might increase it a little further. As with everyone else, all of these peps come down to trial and error because our bodies differ so much. I may end up not cycling at all - we'll see.
