Hey guys!

I'm pretty new to this whole thing and was hoping to get some advice or hear what you think about whether KPV or KLOW would be the better option? Or just any thoughts you have on these two peps in general.

Adding to that question: what is the goal?

On my side I used KLOW for a stretch so the BPC came along with it. Going forward I am moving to a mix of ghkcu and kpv alone, so bpc/tb are not in play long term

Honestly, the answer changes with what you are after. What is it you want to achieve here?

My main goals are bringing down inflammation throughout my body and improving recovery. I just finished a very aggressive bodybuilding cut, yet I'm still training around 2-3 hours daily. I suspect my system is dealing with extreme inflammation and ongoing, long-term stress, since it's showing up in my sleep, mood, and energy.

I also wondered whether ss31 combined with mots-C would make a stronger stack, or if plain KPV is the way to go.

Are you taking a GLP1 right now? At least 1 study indicates that GLPs bring inflammation down.

As for whether KPV on its own beats KLOW, I can't give you an answer from my own experience—but what I can tell you is that KLOW helped me a lot while recovering from a knee injury.

The reason I asked what your goal is was so that people here with more expertise could step in and guide your decision.

I had my sights set on KLOW80, but then I learned about KPV. KPV fights inflammation, whereas BPC-157 (a component of KLOW80) in theory could make existing tumors grow larger (though this was never actually verified). KPV doesn't carry that risk, and research indicates it does (or would) shrink tumors. So instead I went with KPV and GHK-Cu. Both of those are part of the KLOW80 mix, but I can combine them on my own or take them individually. KPV is said to help with gut issues and pain/recovery.

Right now I'm on a GLP— reta at 2mg/week. ss31 and mots-C caught my eye for an energy boost, though kpv and klow keep coming up too. Then again, I realize peptides can become a habit, kind of like tattoos, so maybe I don't even need them? Not sure if it matters, but I'm a 28y/o female?

Honestly, the idea of tumour growth scared me too. I've got no major injuries—just overuse stuff from training. Probably best if I dig into it more first.

No matter what route you take, my suggestion is to introduce just 1 item (or blend) at a time. That way, you give yourself a real shot at figuring out whether it does anything positive for you. If you stack too many changes together, pinpointing what is actually driving any improvement becomes much harder.

Realistically, there's likely no issue at all — plenty of folks use it in gray. Still, to be safe, I'm starting with KPV. GHK-Cu is more about skin and hair. 💅

It really comes down to your own situation, but for me, buying KPV, GHK-CU, BPC and TB separately gives you more control over dosing. If you want, you can even put together a personalized KLOW mix at whatever ratios suit your needs by using calculators: https://www.peprecon.com/blend//

Yeah... BPC was my starting point... KPV came in a couple weeks afterward....and then TB500 a couple weeks after that... Regarding the BPC, I'm unsure, since I only reached 500mcg per day... As of today I'm cycling off it for 2-4 weeks... KPV gives pleasant feels and helps with a calmer stomach. My plan is to keep it as a constant alongside the others in rotation. I just raised it to 1mg per day and it's 'nice' 👍... At this stage I'm also unsure about TB500... 500mcg for this go round, I may have a better idea by the time its cycle ends... I'm going to try and work in GHK-Cu, maybe this weekend or next... I have chronic back pain, and I believe I'm seeing improvements. Some higher doses and finding the right combination is my goal. Once I settle in, the winners will get filtered into a single vial for one pin goodness...👍😎
