KLOW on top of Tirz — first week side effects

Hi all! Tirzepatide has been part of my routine since April; right now I'm on 12.5 mg and have shed 50 lbs over the last 10 months, though I'm still chasing more loss. I added KLOW 2 days ago (6 units) and since then I've been queasy, light-headed and wiped out. How long before my system settles into it — and would dropping the dose be the smarter move?
 
Units alone won't reveal anything about the dose. To give dosage info, we need the MGs in the vial and the MLs of BAC that were added.
