Hello everyone, a quick question. For a shoulder injury, I've been using BPC-157 at 250mcg twice daily. My injections are subq into the shoulder, and I've consistently administered BPC-157 close to the injury site.

I'll be receiving some KLOW shortly and am unsure whether to keep injecting near my shoulder or switch to the abdomen.

I've come across information that BPC-157 has a half-life of roughly 30 minutes and should be injected as near to the injury as feasible.

If I do need to switch to the stomach, should I continue using the regular BPC in my shoulder until it's completely healed? TIA

I've come across points supporting each side. From what I gather, unless the shot goes deep into the joint itself, the spot doesn't really make a difference when it's sub q—it still ends up taken into the bloodstream and then travels to wherever it's required. So?

On top of that, I couldn't handle a 2 inch needle or pushing it that far into myself. And there's the cleanliness issue when you're not in a clinical environment. So?

I began injecting into my belly, yet it burned and did nothing for the rotator cuff pain. After switching to the shoulder where the injury actually is, the difference was ten times better. Since then, I've been pinning there every evening.

My experience with bpc-157 matched that, whether it was in my head or not and purely anecdotal, but I I plan to continue pinning into the area that hurts. One other thing: the KPV reaction hit me and I fainted when I took my 6th dose that day. I had to quit it and am going to move over to GLOW.

If stomach injections hurt too much, love handles are a viable option. Since KLOW works systemically, there's no benefit to injecting at a specific spot.

A standard KLOW dose only gives you 400mcg of BPC per day, while you're already taking 500/day and 1000/day isn't unusual. I faced a similar choice and couldn't decide whether to keep pinning at the injury site, so I compromised: I put my daily KLOW in the belly, which is 400mcg at night, and then in the morning I inject 600mcg of BPC alone at the injury site. That way my total BPC amount and split schedule stay unchanged, and I've got both the systemic and local angles covered lol. So I'd recommend the same approach: shoot the KLOW in the belly, treat that as one of your two daily BPC doses, and then still do another 250mcg in the shoulder if that's been working for you

My BPC is done, and by the time I began KLOW my shoulder was basically healed. I injected the KLOW into my belly, but KPV caused me to faint, so I stopped everything until I can get GLOW instead.
