Hey Folks! I've been digging into how to run a KLOW cycle the right way, and I want to hear what others think, what they've been through, what to watch out for, and so on. Hair loss isn't the reason I'd use it. If anything, my hair is thicker than I'd prefer—genetics came through there. What I'm after is skin remodeling and gut health while I'm dropping weight.

Right now I'm 60 days into sema. SW 330 CW 310; losing about 2lbs per week on average. I keep hydrated (2 liters or more daily). I eat far more protein than I used to, aiming for 200g but consistently getting at least 120g, since eating is tough mmmk.

Things I've heard-

  • check IGF first
  • dose off GHK-cu
  • add oral magnesium (okay, which form and why?)
  • add oral zinc (okay, same question as magnesium.)
  • take oral collagen (okay, seems obvious.).
  • pin every day/pin 5 days on 2 days off
  • be mindful- it hurts and will bruise (rotate sites)
  • using a pen mitigates pain and site reactions
Did I miss anything?

GLOW/KLOW just isn't something I'm a fan of, personally. Having given them a try, my view is that they do work — but the results are better when each is used on its own. Some people argue BPC and TB pair up fine (though even in that case, the two have completely different half-lives and dosing schedules), yet once GHK-cu has to be included alongside them, it becomes a real hassle before long. It's also quite reasonable to argue that the doses and dosing schedules differ so much that combining them isn't wise. And if the gut health benefits are the only thing you're chasing, why would you want to bring TB and KPV into this protocol at all? As far as I know, BPC is the component that addresses gut health.

Having had to use up a few vials of GLOW not long ago, I've come to prefer keeping my GHK and BPC apart. GHK can be quite irritating to the skin, and there are times when I'd like to pause it while still carrying on with the BPC.
