What’s everyone’s approach to dosing Klow80 (a blend of GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500)?

I’m attempting to work out the most sensible protocol, but the same problem keeps coming up.

Per jano, my klow80 vial comes to about 94 mg in total

  • GHK-Cu ~59 mg
  • KPV ~14 mg
  • BPC-157 ~10.5 mg
  • TB-500 ~10.7 mg

Mixed with 3 ml BAC and put through a filter into a 3ml cartridge for my novodisk 4 pen

With each shot at roughly 15 IU (0.15 ml), I land at approximately:

  • GHK-Cu ~2.9 mg
  • KPV ~0.7 mg
  • BPC-157 ~0.5 mg
  • TB-500 ~0.5 mg

For GHK, BPC and possibly KPV that looks reasonable, but if taken daily TB-500 works out to ~3.5 mg per week, which seems like a lot next to the weekly protocols people usually run.

If I bring the dose down so TB-500 lines up better, then all the other components end up too low.

So I’m asking:

In real use, how do you all deal with this?

  • Do you set the dose based on GHK-Cu and simply live with the TB-500 amount?
  • Do you inject every day, or leave more time between shots?
  • Or do you skip blends like this entirely and draw from separate vials?

It seems like this combination makes you trade one thing off against another no matter how you do it, so I’m curious what others are doing.

To clarify, the protocol shown in the link preview is incorrect lol; the accurate details are in the first comment you'll find after clicking the link

For my own use, I’m going with what Anela explained in that comment: reconstitute so that each draw delivers 2mg of GHK-CU, then let the other peptides in the blend follow from that ratio.

Also, just so you know, the TB-500 dosing schedules listed on pep-pedia are generally in the 4-6 mg/week range, and since it doesn’t really have any side effects of its own, 3.5mg/week shouldn’t be a problem

I go by whatever the label states rather than the COA report — that's what I'm comfortable with. When you're dealing with a new supplier, a fresh vial, or you're just beginning, keep the dose low for a few days and watch for any reactions or odd effects. These peptides are all quite safe, but as with anything, overdoing it means you won't get the full benefit and you could wear out your androgen receptors. The GHK-cu is the component I'd be cautious about when doses are high or use stretches long-term. If you're running it for several months, consider adding zinc while you're on it. Excess Copper can strip Zinc from your body. An 80mg bottle of KLOW lasts me 20 days, and I'm going through 5 bottles before cycling off. I take 20mg of Zinc each day (I already take extra Zinc in winter) just to be safe, and I'll get blood work done in about a month.

During my KLOW protocol, I also take a zinc supplement in the morning on an empty stomach

By the way, is it possible for Klow to make blood pressure go up? That shouldn't happen, should it?

So your approach is 14 weeks or more of continuous use, followed by a pause? What makes that different from the 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off schedule?

Earlier this year I was getting over shoulder surgery, so I just kept pushing forward without backing off. There are pretty solid protocols out there, plus whatever we dream up ourselves 😆 but in my case, most peptides need 4-6 weeks before I even feel a thing. I wound up running it only around 11 weeks in the end, since my shoulder was responding so well and I figured I could set a bottle aside for later if I needed to.

This time around, even Tirz and Reta, or taking both simultaneously, required 8 weeks before I got any appetite suppression. I do telehealth 3-4X a year with a Dr. who prescribes peptides, and I'll go over things with him. After my surgery he was okay with me doing this, and he's aware I use grey market btw. I've been doing this a couple years, but that doesn't make me an expert or mean I know what's correct. Just what I believe works for me.
