Since starting KLOW, has anyone else seen their sleep get better? I'm 8 days in, and each night has been a bit better than the last — I used to average 6.5 hours a night, and last night I got 9.25 hours! Nothing else in my routine has changed. KPV, one of the components, is known to be strongly anti-inflammatory, so perhaps that plays a role? And yes, I realize association is not causation. I'm just curious whether others have noticed the same thing.

I haven't seen that myself, though with a baby at home I'm not getting much sleep anyway 😅

Still, it stands to reason: if lower or reduced inflammation leaves the body more relaxed, sleep ought to improve....

If chronic inflammation is something you deal with, then in theory bringing that inflammation down ought to help your sleep. If that isn't your situation, I doubt you'd see any difference. I'm beginning today, assuming my package arrives. I've worked out 137 days in a row and have significant inflammation, so I'm hoping my sleep does improve.
