When it comes to peptides I'm a total beginner, though biochemistry is familiar territory for me... A vendor on this board supplied me with kisspeptin, and I was trying to mix it into a nasal spray. Information out there varies wildly, but my first attempt used 0.9% sterile saline and it turned to gel right away. Suggestions I've come across include acetic acid, Hospira bacteriostatic water, sterile water, and more... yet for kisspeptin nothing stays consistent.

So my question is about using DMSO for reconstitution... For a few months I've been running SLU-PP-332, and after wrecking a few vials I settled on a method: 0.5mL DMSO plus 2mL bac water inside a 3mL cartridge. Rather than destroy more vials, I figured I'd ask here whether anyone has experience or references regarding DMSO, particularly possible interactions between DMSO and kisspeptin. Any thoughts? If someone has a confirmed protocol for reconstituting kisspeptin properly, for injection or nasal use, I'd rather not "reinvent the wheel."

DMSO is something I’ve never worked with.

For Kisspeptin, my routine has always been to mix it with bacteriostatic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, and I’ve never run into problems—then I inject it.

Semax is the sole peptide I take via the nose. I start by adding 1ml of bac water, then further dilute it with 4ml of saline.

Nasal is something I haven't tried. Does it get taken up the same way through the nose? All the information I've come across is about sub q.

From what I understand, the standard approach for KP is to mix it with BAC and administer it via subq injection.
