Hello All,

My order ought to arrive shortly and I can't wait to start kicking some micro chondria ass.

I've come across a protocol I want to follow: begin with ss31 as a kick start, then bring in NAD + Mots C. But I've read that Nad can sting for extended stretches?

Separately, if I start SS31 and then add another new one, Tesa, would it be fine to trial them together? I'm unsure how things will go or what will happen if 2 new ones are introduced at once, if that makes sense?

What is everyone pinning daily for each pep, please?

For SS31 I'm considering 2mg Daily for weeks 1-4

Tesa 2mg Daily

then following 4 weeks Nad + Mots C 2mg daily

I also intend to pin all of these first thing in the AM — does that sound about right?

Right now I'm on 2.5mg Reta Weekly,

1.5mg Klow Daily (into the injured site)

Thoughts and advice please?

If you look through the forum, there is a protocol that many people have followed, lasting 14 weeks. The first 2 weeks are just NAD...after that, SS-31 is added for 4 weeks...then MOTS-C replaces SS-31 for the remaining 8 weeks.

Tesa should be dosed at night. And it's best combined with Ipamorelin.

When it comes to Nad Pal, do you have any experience with it? From what I've heard, the stinging effect tends to last a while.

Also, Tesa in the evening? Alright, I'll check that out.

Yes. The protocol I brought up is now down to its last 2 weeks for me. By "sting", do you mean discomfort where you inject? That can happen with a number of peptides. It comes down to how much you take, how concentrated it is, where you inject, and the person. My wife finds it more bothersome than I do.

I switched to injecting directly into the shoulder—the exact spot where the rotator cuff pain is—and honestly, the stinging sensation has disappeared, so diluting is no longer necessary.

Both Tesa and Ipa deliver. Nothing dramatic, yet solid gains at the usual doses.
For Tesa, I've heard 2mg every day right before sleep?

Does that sound about right? I'm eager to hopefully see it do its thing

NAD has been part of my routine for more than 1 month at this point (100mg on alternate days). Stinging has never been an issue for me. That said, I dilute with a fairly large amount of bac water (80units/100mg). I started doing that after the first vial turned crystalline from being too saturated. For the next vial, though, I'll cut back on the water, since a shot of 80units feels like too much.

5mg Tesa alongside 5mg IPA is producing outcomes in studies

I'm wondering if anyone can explain the reasoning behind not running ss-31 and mots-c together? What's the point of halting 1 before beginning the other?

I've got an ultra endurance event on the horizon (not a competition, so no guilt w/ peps) and I'm exploring this protocol.

Thinking it over and running the numbers, I figure price is probably the biggest reason

Where did you come across that protocol? I'm hoping to begin it eventually

My bad, I've got the protocol already—I just didn't explain myself well. What I was asking is: what was your experience with it? Was it useful for you? Did it feel like it was worth doing?
