Hello All,

So my order should be here soon aand looking forward to kicking some micro chondria ass.

So ive seen the protocol i wanna run which includes, ss31 first to kick start, then add NAD + Mots C but ive heard about Nad stinging for prologned period of times ?

On a side note, by intorducing SS31 and then anothe new one in Tesa be okay to trial run at the same time ? Not sure how or what is gonna work by introducing 2 new at the same time if that makes sense ?

Whats everyone pinning each day on each pep please ?

SS31 im thinking 2mg Daily for weeks 1-4

Tesa 2mg Daily

then after 4 weeks Nad + Mots C 2mg daily

Also i plan on pinning all these first thing in the AM does that sound about right ?

Currently on 2.5mg Reta Weekly,

1.5mg Klow Daily ( into injured site )

Thoughts and advise please ?

If you search the forum, you will find a fairly common protocol that several have used. 14 weeks. First 2 are NAD only...then add SS-31 for 4...then swap MOTS-C for the SS-31 and run it 8 more weeks.

Tesa needs to be taken at night. And ideally with Ipamorelin.

have you taken Nad Pal ? I heard its a prolonged sting ?

And Tesa at night time ? Okay ill look into that

Yes. I'm in the final couple of weeks of the protocol I mentioned. When you talk about sting, I assume you mean pain at the injection site? Yes, it can be a thing with several peptides. Depends on dose, concentration, injection site and individual. It bothers my wife more than me.

Started to inject into actual shoulder which is where pain site is for rotator cuff and yes truth be told sting has gone away and no longer need to dilute

Tesa and Ipa work. Subtle but good results using normal recommended dosages

I've been taking NAD for over a month now (100mg every other day). I've never had it sting, however, I do recon with quite a bit of bac water (80units/100mg) after my first vial crystallised because it was over saturated. I won't use as much on my next vial though, as injecting 80units seems excessive.

Curious, does anybody have info on why not stacking ss-31 & mots-c at same time? Why stop one, start the other?

Having a an ultra endurance event coming up (not competition, no guilt w/ peps) and looking into this protocol.

Upon reflection (and doing the math) I’m assuming cost is a major factor
