Kia ora Everyone,

Finding this forum has been a real relief — conflicting info on Social Media often leaves me a bit confused.

Over my lifetime I've dropped the weight I'm currently losing around 5 times, and I'm determined that this time will be the final one.

My pep journey has been going for just over 5 months, and I've lost 18kgs. Reta, Tessa and Klow are what I've been using, and the results have been great; I'm keen to learn from what others have experienced.

Thanks everyone!

Kia ora! Nice work on the 18kgs! Which one are you taking at the moment? Reta or tirz — which do you like better?
Hey, thanks a lot! Reta, Tessa and Klow are what I'm using. Reta wins for me, no question — I gave Triz a go but it left me feeling 'irritated' constantly, and that doesn't happen with Reta. I take Reta weekly, in the morning, and not long ago I started Tessa at night, and my sleep has never been this good. I wake up feeling properly rested and I've noticed a change in that stubborn midsection of mine. That said, I'm careful to keep up my Electrolytes, avoid eating so little that my metabolism slows down, get in enough protein, and lift weights so I hold onto muscle. So far so good. What about you? What are you taking and how's it treating you🙂

Roughly 4 weeks in on reta at 2.5mg. Next week I'm aiming to bump it up to 3mg. Thinking about bringing in additional peps — GHKCU, SS31, KPV, and 5amino — for overall wellness. KLOW is on its way and should land in a few weeks; once I wrap up the GHKCU and KPV cycle, that's when I'd kick it off.

NAD+ and Mots-C are sitting in my fridge, still waiting to be mixed up. Then I came across something saying SS-31 ought to come first — fix up the mitochondria before pushing them to work harder. @MeHungry and @Karuhi, how do you two see it?

Edited: I’d rather not get into it on this thread, since there are dedicated sections and threads for that. So I’ll just confirm: yes, I’ve come across some protocols that follow that approach

As MeHungry pointed out, since we're "newbies" I can't send private messages, and sharing more details or bringing up other platforms would not go down well.

Apologies for that, but these are the GLPforums rules and this is their space — I'm keeping inside those limits. Thank you

I want to stay inside those limits as well, so it looks like I should go back and review the rules once more 😉. My idea was that we might talk about our own paths and swap tips. 🙂
