Keeping peptides stable in the fridge — any alternatives to bac water?

Curious whether anyone knows of something better than bac water, or an additive that keeps peptides going longer in the fridge? Or is a bit of wastage simply unavoidable? Many thanks x
 
Not an expert, but my guess is a great deal of thought and research went into this already, and the generic BAC water formulation has been optimized both to hold the pH correct and to keep the poisonous benzyl alcohol content low enough for use across many peptides.

All the same, I wouldn't be surprised to find specific formulations working better with specific peptides.
