Hey everyone! K here, a gal from Colorado.
The last 15-20 pounds have been going up and down on me for roughly a year and a half. Short stature means a low maintenance intake, which leaves only so much room to cut, and the answer always seems to be training more — which only leaves me hungrier. A nutritionist is on board right now, and about two and a half years ago I did a GLP-1 with great success. With the habits I've built plus a bit of extra help, I know the goal is super close.
Food noise and late night snacking are the battle, and being short with slow genetics doesn't make it any easier! Right now I'm at 145 with a BMI of 26.5, aiming for 130-134 while holding onto as much muscle as I can. Hiking and running are my thing, and I'm a college student still working it all out.
Keen to read success stories from people whose numbers look like mine!
