Just took 4mg for the first time

Yes, that's a solid approach — at least 4 weeks. For a few doses, such as 4, 6 and 8mg, I remained on each for 6-8 weeks.

Appreciate it, kiddo — she's doing better. Her appetite's been low. The third Tirz dose is tomorrow, and she'll probably step on the scale then. Last week she was down 3lbs and she's still on 10mg Reta.


Constipation, maybe a touch?
