A few months back I switched from tesa/ipa to 2iu GH and have loved it. In a week or two a small cycle starts, so titrating the GH up to 4iu was the plan. Last week it went up to 3iu and the elbows have been in severe joint pain since. 2iu was fine, so 3iu is presumably too much. Temporary is what they say, though how long it usually takes to subside is unknown to me.

At 2iu my IGF1 level only reaches 270, fine on a cruise but on a blast more is wanted, so powering through was the hope. Ibuprofen is something I hate taking since it tanks hypertrophy signaling, yet going light at the gym is the only option at this point. Has anyone else got Arthralgia from GH? If so, how long does it usually last?

It lasts as long as it lasts. It is individual. Whatever your research shows, you will have to share with us. No

For 2 months at 2iu, sides. Dose about to go up to 2.50iu’s.

2iu ran for about 3-4 months with nothing to report. Then 3iu went in and the elbows threw in the towel instantly. Two weeks on and they are still pissed off, though not getting any worse.

Cardio part of your routine yet?
An hour of fast paced zone 2 walking happens every night, and then a 10 min zone 3-4 run before my workout each day. Sometimes I will also hop om the stationary bike for 30min while watching TV.

Man, you beat me to it...💪🏼

At 3iu with hardly any cardio, joint pain showed up. Once 30 minutes a day became the routine, a lot of the symptoms went away - joint pain in particular, and water retention around the ankles.

That was a 50% bump in dose though.

4IUs was too much in my case. Lowering salt intake and adding potassium made no difference at all. BPC made it tolerable, but it still felt like a ligament or tendon was about to snap under the bar. Switching to 6IUs on lifting days, so 3-4x week, is what actually cleared it. BPC was still in the mix as well.
