At the end of March I placed an order with JEEP for 5 kits of R20. After the shipment came in, I took 1 vial at random out of each of the 5 kits, put labels on them, and shipped them to Janoshik for analysis. Every one of the 5 kits had the same batch number (JP20250824) and the same purple cap.

Having data about what goes into my body is something I really value, and I figure findings like these should be shared instead of sat on. The more people post this kind of information openly, the better it is for all of us.

Testing for purity came back showing Retatrutide at 21.65mg with 99.479% purity. That's about as good as it gets. COA attached.

The endotoxin figure came back at 87.612 EU/Vial. That's above what I'd personally want to see, though it deserves some context. If you're on a standard 4mg weekly dose, you're using about 20% of the vial per shot, which comes out to roughly 17-18 EU per injection. For most people at that dose, that sits comfortably in an acceptable range. Even so, it's worth keeping in mind depending on your protocol. COA attached.

If it were up to me, the Endotoxin numbers would be the part that worries me. Keep in mind that the vial you had tested indicates the whole batch carries toxins. One vial coming in at 87 does not guarantee the rest hold that same level. Their manufacturing process clearly permits toxins to end up in the product... and given what is widely known about Jeep's track record, that reads to me as a red flag. Thanks for sharing

Amazing that there are people who would dispute this.

Appreciate you putting these up! It's generous of you to pass them along to everyone here.

One thing I'm wondering about: you said 5 vials went to Jano, yet the results cover 4 vials. Did they run an additional test on the remaining one?

Nice observation. I didn't request any additional tests, but their suggestion was to ship 2 vials for Endo testing. From what I can tell, only 1 vial ended up being used for that. As for the 5th vial I sent, I have no idea what happened to it.

That reasoning tracks. If more endotoxin testing ended up being needed, it would help to already have the spare vial sitting in Czechia. And given how endotoxin results have been coming in recently, keeping one on hand isn't a bad call. From what I understand, when the endotoxin numbers land within range, that same extra vial can sometimes be put toward another mass/purity test. Appreciate you passing the results along again.

In a different thread, a person mentioned that the initial check is for endotoxins exceeding a specific limit—quite low and certainly under 30. If that cutoff is met, they then use a 2cd vial to measure larger quantities. So it looks like the 2cd vial was used to arrive at 87. ?

My guess is that it comes down to which test was requested at the start. If the order was for EUs<10, then a second vial would have been required, and you'd end up with 2 COAs.

Since this keeps coming up, I'll get in touch and find out what happened to that other vial. At this point I really want to know.

You might be onto something lol. As for vial #5, their answer left things fuzzy while sounding sort of clear.

As stated in the shipping instructions, endotoxin testing requires 1 vial, but we recommend sending 2 vials.

The second vial is kept as a backup in case the endotoxin analysis needs to be repeated for any reason. Therefore, only one vial is normally used for the test itself, while the additional vial serves as a reserve sample.

I hope this clarifies what happened to the extra vial.

Nope, it still leaves me guessing what became of that 5th vial 🙃
