Jan here. Middle-aged fella, and the aim is the best shape of my life plus feeling better than ever. So far it's working! TRT, Tirzepatide, and a few other peptides are what I take. All the knowledge everyone shares here is something I really enjoy, and helping others is a hope of mine too.
Pinball, old school runescape, my car, lifting heavy, and time with my cats are my big things (technically my girlfriend's cats, but they like me better).
