Is refrigeration necessary for Lipo-C containing B12?

I see that a few vendors sell Lipo-C w/B12, and the B12 component is methylcobalamin. From what I can tell, it arrives in liquid form. Normally, when a compounding pharmacy dispenses B12 (methylcobalamin), it comes in a refrigerated pack and the instructions say to keep it cold. Has anyone here ordered Lipo-C and can share whether it remains stable at room temperature?

Appreciate the responses. Still, I'm puzzled about how methylcobalamin stays stable when kept at room temperature. From what I can tell, B12 isn't always present as that particular form in every Lipo-C product, yet certain vendors do include it and neither keep it chilled nor suggest doing so.
