Is anyone here taking really high KPV doses?

I have been keeping up with every KPV thread going, and an interesting pattern has emerged: this pep is clearly gaining traction, with folk injecting it - and even putting it on the skin - at doses far past the usual mcg range.

Higher doses of KPV have worked brilliantly for me as well, particularly at sorting out the gut trouble my six-month reta journey left behind. These days I pin somewhere between 1~2mg daily, on top of whatever the Klow blend already supplies.

Which makes me wonder: for those of you injecting >= 1mg a day, what is the problem you are hoping to fix, and has KPV actually delivered for you?

Mostly I am after a reason to pull the trigger on several kits of KPV30 (or KPV50, possibly).

Interesting. A week on 250mcg has cleared up a lot of the gut trouble that Reta brought on; the dermatitis was what I hoped it would sort out, but so far there has been no change there at all.

Glad to learn I am not alone in having cleared up reta-induced gut problems with KPV. I moved to bigger injections because the ~600mcg of KPV that my Klow blend already delivers per shot was doing nothing I could detect.

I am now two weeks into this KPV megadosing experiment, and some skin-related improvements are starting to show up too. Maybe consider titrating up to 500mcg?

I began at a low dose and worked my way up to 1mg, since both the inflammation and my gut answered so well. A BB blend got the same treatment, except that 1mg left me with the woozies 😳 so I dropped back to 750mcg..

Then I added a GHK-Cu blend with KPV in it, which puts me at a 2mg/.4mg dose...inflammation and gut health are still improving, so I will sit at a combined 1.4mg of KPV for a while yet...Big fan of KPV...👍

Low dosages normally do nothing for me, yet this time something happened; for my skin's sake I expect I will need to go higher, although the plan had been to stay low for a week or two.

That is precisely the path I took. My first pin was 250mcg and I held out very little hope for it, yet the relief came almost at once and I began climbing. These days I mostly sit at 1mg, with roughly another ~600mcg arriving from Klow, and on some days going as high as 2mg.

From what I have read, skin issues take a good while longer to improve. That is the reason I am on it too. At 1.5-2 weeks in there is nothing to report for me either. I tested the water at 250 for the first 5-7 days, and I am now on 400.

Certain protocols suggest four weeks on and then a two-week break, though in my view the skin benefits do not come from that approach, since they need a longer stretch of time.

Also, a warning worth passing on: as you have skin trouble too, GHK-Cu set my eczema and dermatitis off badly. It made both considerably worse. I came off it, and within a day my skin had calmed, which for me settled the question of whether the two were linked.

Funny you should say that, my first 1mg went in this morning.

The blend is KLOW80, so what I actually get is 5/1/1/1.

@vale113 @jpru2001

Wondering if either of you has tried putting KPV on the skin where the problem is.

Is that 5mg of GHK-Cu in each shot? Are you running a particular healing protocol with it? Keen to hear more!

Nope, not tried it. For the most part I just live with the mild eczema; when a flare lands, roughly once a year, and it turns nasty, my PCP rings in a brief course of prednisone and it is gone inside a week. It has not got to the stage where I am willing to deal with a dermatologist prescribing me anything, and my understanding is that proper topical KPV is not obtainable without a scrip. (Happy to be told otherwise if you know better lol)

That is genuinely what I was sitting here wondering, whether you had tried putting some injectable KPV straight onto the spot! Creams never even crossed my mind!

A few reasons, really. For several years I was on Skyrizi for plaque psoriasis and I came off it at the end of last year, after the new insurance company started giving me the run around.

So that is partly what it is for. My reasoning was that it might help the skin heal, or perhaps stop something unpleasant from coming back. As yet there is not one sign of psoriasis on either triceps or calves. Fingers crossed.

The other thing is that I am on my way to shedding a lot of weight, so my hope is that the blend helps my skin recover overall and mayyyybe stays less loose once I have reached my goals.

Both knees carry an old hockey injury from my teens, and per my doctor that is apparently flaring up as arthritic pain now and then. In the past few months I have had no pain at all in either knee, so I would say it is doing its job. And that is while I am squatting and deadlifting too.

A shoulder injury dating from my teens had also begun to hurt, and aside from when I am benchpressong it feels a great deal better.

Whether it is the KLOW or the CJC/IPA (only last night I moved up to 400mcg/400mcg) I cannot say, but something is doing me good and I am enjoying it.

Pins only happen on weekdays for me.

.5mg every morning is where I began with KPV, starting last Sunday. My plan is to double up by adding a second .5mg shot in the evening. The hope is that it sorts out my rosacea. Running Glow on its own did not clear the problem up, which is why KPV has gone into the Glow cycle this time.

I am roughly a month in on KPV - 2 weeks at 250mcg, then 2 weeks (near enough) at 500mcg - and the rosacea is nearly gone entirely. Sun and heat still bring out some redness (Vegas, lol) but the change has been remarkable.

A fortnight of 1mg a day, split between morning and evening, has all but cleared up a psoriasis problem in a family member.

KPV is staying in my protocol for good lol

Should you be willing to pass on where the 30mg or 50mg kits came from, I would be enormously grateful!! A DM would be very welcome 😁😁
