Some folks claim it's HA, but HA really shouldn't be leaving anything behind. What might, at least theoretically, is poor-quality or counterfeit GHK powder. A friend of mine picked some up on amazon, listed as 99%, pharma grade cosmetic, all that jazz. When he reconstituted it, a sandy blue sediment was left over. So it's either nowhere near 99%, or it's fake, or maybe it's some sort of swimming pool copper compound instead (honestly, who can tell).
Anyway, he mentioned that when he applied it to his face, it left a residue (which makes sense, given what was described above). I think he ended up tossing the whole batch.
