I'm closing in on 50. Years ago I used ephedrine before it was banned, and I was into lifting and running back then too. Once I finished my final marathon, recovery became hard, I couldn't set solid goals or stay motivated, and the weight came on.

About 2 years ago I started down the peptide road — Tirzepetide first, then Retatrutide. Over that stretch I went from 320 lbs down to 170 lbs. For roughly the first 6 months I tracked calories so I'd actually notice what I was eating, and I kept exercising the whole way: cardio only at first, then weight training added over the last 9 months. The scale hasn't budged during those same 9 months, but it didn't need to — body recomposition has been my focus instead. I recently brought in HGH and Enclomiphene, and next I'm interested in improving sleep, possibly with DSIP.

These days I aim at small goals rather than big ones, so I don't hit the cliff that follows a major achievement. Maybe that sounds counterintuitive, but that's where I've landed. Hello everyone.
