Hi all,
I go by Yistter. My peptide path began in January of this year, and after 3 and a half months the results have been remarkable. At 41, I keep myself quite active and train on a regular schedule. What pushed me to start was that my gains and body composition barely moved no matter what approach I took, despite an active lifestyle and a reasonable diet. That was when peptides entered the picture. My starting point was 190 lbs. I began with BPC/TB for recovery, Reta for a metabolic reset, and Tesa for visceral fat. After that I brought in ipamorelin for more GH signaling, plus GHK-CU & NAD for my recovery and energy stack. The weight and body composition shifts kicked in, and visible changes showed up within the first months. By the close of January I had probably dropped 8-10 lbs (I did not track it closely). February brought another 6-7 lbs, putting me down into the low 170 lbs range. By the end of March, a lot had improved: recovery, energy, workout routines, and stamina. Now, in mid April, I am down nearly 23 lbs, sleep is great, and the plantar fasciitis I had is almost gone. I finished my first Hyrox competition, and my abs are starting to show — something I cannot even recall having at any point since my teens. This whole experience has been nothing but a learning process, and I keep learning. None of it came from consistency alone; it also took a dialed-in lifestyle, diet, rest, and no alcohol. When you commit your mind to it, those things together are powerful and life changing — even more so when other people notice and compliment the changes.
For anyone just beginning: stay consistent, be safe and smart about it, and remember you cannot rush the process..
Good luck & feel free to ask anything — sharing my story is knowledge for others to pass on.
