Hey all, I'm Lewis, a 32 year old guy living in the UK.

I spent roughly a year on mounjaro and dropped close to 8 stone (my lowest weight was in the 12st range). It's been about 9 months since I stopped MJ. I've managed alright on my own, though I've regained around 20lbs over the past 6 months. I'm still keeping active and my lifestyle is much improved compared to before MJ, but the food noise has been slowly returning recently. I'm hoping to dig deeper into reta and move forward with the next step.

Cheers!

Lewis, welcome aboard, and I hope everything goes well for you! I don't claim any special knowledge here, but when it comes to appetite and food noise, reta appears to be the least potent among the 3 GLPs. It's possible that returning to tirz would deliver the results you're after.

There are those who stop the meds and don't put weight back on, yet plenty of us have to remain on them to achieve what we want. No matter what your next step is, being able to make that choice with full information is a real plus.

That 8-stone loss is seriously impressive—congratulations! Surely that has transformed your life?
