42 m. I've been on the heavier side since I was around 13. I'd given semag and tirz a shot previously, but each time the effects faded after roughly 4 weeks. Now I'm giving Reta a try.

Glad you're here. Take your time, get familiar with dosing protocols, and figure out what suits you. Everyone reacts to peps in their own way.

Glad you joined us here. From what I've seen, Reta kicks in fairly quickly, but you need roughly 4 weeks before you can judge how a dose is truly affecting you. Hang in there, and best of luck.

If every attempt began at the initial dose (or lower), then by week 4 you may simply not have been noticing much effect. Typically, that's when the dose should go up. Being patient and researching beforehand are wise choices.
