Hey all. I'm just beginning this path and I'm glad I could become a part of it.

Currently I stand around 6ft and weigh 300lbs. My goal is to shed roughly 100 and then keep my weight in check by myself after that.

It's been roughly 2 weeks since I started. My cravings have dropped a lot, and I'm pairing that with exercise, limiting calories, and hitting protein targets.

Wishing you more success than I've had. I put up my intro. I'm unable to post anywhere else, even new threads here, so it seems my only option is replying to other people's intros in this section.

Hey there!

Nice work staying consistent with your training! When it comes to losing weight, that's likely among the most crucial pieces. Along with protein. Don't stop, dude! 🙂

Walking is something I’d really suggest as well!! During my initial month on it, I did 15k steps every day and dropped 16lbs!! A walking pad can be a total game changer!
Absolutely!!! Mornings I've been hitting the incline treadmill, and evenings are for lifting. Solid tip.

Pain only shows up when people choose to make it that way.

Out of the other 40,000, nearly all got through it without getting hurt.

I've been using a stationary bike paired with my standing desk too. It's a nice extra for the days when I'm stuck at the computer. Sitting on a bike makes it simpler to keep working. 😀

I picked up a walking pad not long ago! Since we're out in the countryside, the road twists and rolls with hills, and there aren't any lines or a shoulder, walking outside hasn't been an option for me for 5 years now. Honestly, I should have bought a walking pad much earlier!

I'm in the same boat—held off buying one for far too long since I assumed a treadmill would cost a fortune. Turns out, even a budget model works fine paired with a standing desk. Total game changer!
