Hey everyone. For several years I've been really enthusiastic, reading everything I could about GLP-1's. It turned into one of my main hobbies. I urged my overweight friends to look into it, and one of them is a huge success story. As for me, I'm almost 70, and decades ago I dropped 60 lbs by myself. I'm thin now, but the food noise never stopped — it's a constant nagging. At last I came across this affordable portal. So I titrated up on Tirzepatide to 10+ mg per week, hoping to kill the food noise. It seems to work, but there's one devastating side effect: massive loss of motivation. Working out is now a struggle. So I switched to Retatrutide, same thing, NO MOTIVATION. So now I'm thinking, reduce the dosage way down, or quit altogether! I would love to kill the food noise. Thoughts ???
