About time to introduce myself. Put my body through a lot in my younger years and did some pretty good damage. Started using the Wolverine stack last year to help heal some back injuries and regained far more mobility than I hoped. I’ve managed to get off pain meds and am now working on fixing more. Always been a fan of figuring out how to fix my health myself whether it was through herbal remedies or more experimental methods, but this is a life changer.

I love that you quit pain meds. Myself I’m trying to quit marijuana, been addicted since I was a teen now I’m 34. Definitely not as intense but I feel your pain ❤️

It can be a rough change, but definitely worth it. Best of luck!

Hell yea dude. I can relate to abusing my body back in the day. I started taking KLOW and have significantly cut back on my ibuprofen and flexeril since. I added in some aqua aerobics style workouts I do in my pool and those have drastically been helping with my mobility and core strength

Are you taking a GLP1? I'm prescribed a narcotic for pain and I've noticed since starting tirz that it's not as effective. I wonder if that's the mechanism of reducing addictive behaviors -- reducing their benefits. Or has getting off the meds been a separate quest for you? Also: Welcome!

I've been having lower back pain for some time now and the episodes are getting more and more frequent as I age. Sleep has gotten elusive and I'm looking for some recommendations

I am, but it didn’t make as much difference for getting off the pain meds as the Wolverine stack did due to having less pain.
