Suppose it's time I introduced myself. I put my body through a lot when I was younger and caused some pretty good damage. Last year I started the Wolverine stack to help heal a few back injuries and got back far more mobility than I hoped. I've managed to come off pain meds and I'm now working on fixing more. I've long enjoyed working out how to fix my own health myself, whether through herbal remedies or more experimental methods, but this has been a life changer.

It makes me happy that you stopped using pain meds. As for me, I've been hooked on marijuana since my teenage years — I'm 34 now, and I'm attempting to give it up. It's obviously nowhere near as severe, but I understand your struggle ❤️

Switching over can be tough, though it pays off in the end. Wishing you all the best!

Best of luck! I hope you come across some options that can support you on your journey.

Right on, man. I put my body through the wringer too when I was younger. Since starting KLOW, I've been able to drop a lot of my ibuprofen and flexeril use. I also began doing aqua aerobics-style routines in my pool, and they've made a huge difference for my mobility and core strength.

Do you use a GLP1? I have a narcotic prescription for pain, and after I began tirz I've seen that it doesn't work as well. Could that be how it cuts addictive behaviors -- by lowering what you get out of them? Or have you been tackling coming off the meds as its own separate effort? Also: Welcome!

My lower back has been hurting for a while, and as I get older these episodes keep happening more often. Sleep has become hard to come by, so I'm hoping to get some suggestions.

Yes, though when it came to stopping the pain meds, the Wolverine stack helped more than that did, since there was less pain.
