INTRO Who’s stacking Reta & tesa

Reta and Tesa are the 2 babes I brought home. I haven't stuck them yet. Right now I'm running adipotide, AOD-9604 and Wolverine. I'm holding off on the pricey duo until this stack wraps up. But about that comment saying Tesa, Ipa etc are somatotropin secretagogues and therefore using different GH secretagogues together is pointless — that's completely false. Each of these secretagogues was chemically designed for distinct effects. On top of that, the majority only trigger a single burst of GH production with a very short half life. If you run multiple GH secretagogues, spacing the doses out could give you a range of benefits plus a steadier blood supply of GH.

Also, I'd rather stack the two than run them one at a time, since both operate in deficit mode, which isn't optimal for the body. It might be wiser to get Tesa's visceral fat destruction while Reta is in use, so you can reach a faster body recomposition of fat loss and be done with it, letting you start the building phase sooner. The longer you stay in weight loss mode, the more muscle mass you'll lose and the harder it'll be to build it all back, and more time will be lost.

When you recon Tesa, stay cautious — it’s certainly among the more unpredictable compounds.
What do you mean by volatile? Is it simply more difficult to dissolve, or is there some other real problem? My Tesa hasn’t arrived yet, and I’ll probably wait 1 or 2 months before giving it a try.

Tesamorelin is something I’ve never used, so I can’t speak from experience there. What I can share is that a month of CJC/IPA—which ought to influence HGH in a comparable way—did nothing noticeable for me. BCP-157 also gave me nothing. Retatrutide, on the other hand, has been a completely different experience. Within hours of my first 1mg pin I could feel it, and during week 1 the weight came off without any effort on my part. That peptide is the real deal.

I can’t tell you what’s smart here or hand out advice about something that sits in the grey zone—so do whatever you want to do. That said, my view is that you ought to hold off on combining peptides until you’ve been stuck at a major plateau and/or haven’t seen progress for a stretch. Fat loss can’t constantly be quick, and it can’t be spot-specific (unfortunately). I realize this isn’t what you were hoping to hear, but I hope you get what I’m saying!

Goodluck on you weightloss journey!
Got respect for that, man. So keeping the Reta cycle solo would be the smarter call.
My take is this: start with reta on its own. That way you'll have a clear picture of how it feels and what it's actually doing for u. After you've adjusted to that, or once progress stalls, that might be the point to bring in Tesa ( I want to do the same) . Adding it later means u can better tell what Tesa is contributing beyond reta.

It's tempting to stack right away, but doing that can leave u unsure about what's really happening, and placebo effect can trip u up. Ohhh , and hello from eastern nc as well. Gville area.
I've made up my mind to go this route, even though I'm eager to begin tess immediately. First, I'm letting myself adjust to ret.

My Reta experience matches that: I stay at 1mg — weight loss isn’t my goal, I’m after the other advantages — and the change in food noise is unmistakable. As for Ipa/CJC (CJC only joined the routine this week; the 2 weeks before that were Ipa by itself), my take is that it just requires patience, plus the discipline to dose consistently and to train so muscle mass is kept or built.

Tempting as it is to throw everything in from day 1, my take is that you should first settle on Reta, dialing it up until you hit the dose that works best for you, and only after that introduce Tesamorelin — that way you can actually tell what each one is doing at a given dose.
That's a smart approach...I'm leaning toward following it. Right now I'm moving off Sem/Tirz onto Ret ... once I see the results from that, I'll layer in the visceral fat reduction peps afterward, so I can tell which one is doing the work.
How did that change work out?
Progress has been gradual. Right now I’m on 1mg Reta, .5mg Sema, and 2.5 mg Tirz. Side effects haven’t been an issue, and appetite suppression is mild to moderate.

I want to add Tesa on top of the Reta I’m currently using.

One thing I’m wondering about: Reta controls insulin and blood sugar, but Tesa raises insulin and blood sugar — could the two end up canceling each other out?

Hoping to hear from anyone who has actually run both together.

I've been running Reta for somewhere around week 14 or 15. Currently at 3mg. Tesa is now in its 2nd week for me, dosed at 2mg. No results to speak of so far, though I can say that my carpal tunnel history has flared up because of it. It's not severe, but it's enough that my sleep gets disrupted. I plan to keep going at this dose unless things get a lot worse.
