For context, my wife had a seven-month gap before she restarted using doses from her refrigerated, reconstituted compounded semaglutide vials, and they still worked just fine with no issues.
That said, reconstituted peptides are generally supposed to be used within 30 days. If you have extra pens and are considering restarting after a three-month gap, it’s worth checking with your doctor first rather than simply resuming your previous dose. That’s a fairly common precaution with these medications.
