Hi everyone!!

Having read the rules and a few intros, I thought I'd do a proper introduction.

Standing 5'9" and training hard most days. Lifting takes most of it, plus running and hybrid/endurance work, with HYROX as one of my targets. Performance and health have always mattered to me, though in the past year or so that interest has grown into something of a rabbit hole: peptides, GLP-1s, bloodwork, recovery, body composition and so on. RT started for me in May at 224 lbs, and today I'm around 195. That is a pretty significant shift, above all in appetite control and in how much easier it is to eat consistently. Getting as light as possible isn't the aim. What I want is to lean out and still train hard, hold my strength and build endurance.

MOTS and NAD+ have been in the mix alongside my training too. What I've valued in them is mostly the baseline energy effect, particularly with regular training and a calorie deficit in play. I watch my responses closely - energy, resting HR, training HR, recovery, appetite, weight trends, and bloodwork when I get it done. The "why does this work?" side of it all probably interests me more than simply taking something because somebody on the internet recommended it.

Which is basically why I signed up. I've read a great deal on my own, but hearing from people who've actually run these compounds for months or years is a different thing entirely from reading studies. The topics I want to dig into: long-term "biohacking", plateaus, maintenance, side effects, keeping muscle while the weight comes down, and peptides generally.

Quite a bit has been learned already, though I certainly don't claim to know it all. Where my experience is useful I'll share it, and I expect to learn plenty from those of you who've been at this longer.

Anyway, READY TO ABSORB EVERY BIT OF IT!Glad to be here!
