Nothing drives me across every facet of life like loving what shows up in the mirror. If moving my body happened as often as I learn about moving my body, I'd be back to being jacked — but a full day of kids and a full time job makes it a rougher go than my 20's and early 30's.
Lurking has gone on a long time and plenty of knowledge is already in hand, but hopping in a bit more is the goal now.
