Hey all! I'm a woman, 30 years old, living in Washington state. My height is 5'0", and after having kids, my weight has been a real battle. PCOS and HS (Hidradenitis suppurativa) are also part of my health picture. Before my first pregnancy I weighed around 115 pounds, but whatever I put on while pregnant was incredibly hard to shed. Over a 10-year span, I put on 80+ pounds. Diets kept failing, so I gave tirzepatide a shot for roughly 7 months, and it worked—I dropped 48 pounds! My starting weight was 210 pounds, and right now I'm at 172. Sadly, the out-of-pocket cost grew too high for me to keep going. What I'm aiming for: getting down to about 130 pounds, having more energy, finding out whether it eases my HS flare ups, and maybe speeding up my body's recovery after workouts. At the moment I'm at the gym Monday through Saturday, spending about 30 minutes lifting weights and another 30 minutes on the stair master—I've kept this up for 8 months. I do stay under a calorie deficit, make sure to get my protein and carbs, but have seen no weight loss, but I feel like it keeps me from gaining more weight (maybe who knows!). I'm excited to be here, read through everyone's experiences, and learn from all of your different journeys. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Hi, HS is something I deal with too.

Once GLP's came into my life (sema and triz), I dropped roughly 55 lbs. Nothing else has done anything for my HS flare-ups. For me they showed up in the groin area, and I'm sure you're aware of how uncomfortable that is.

Right now I'm 5'7 and 168 lbs, and these days I get just one flare a year, and it doesn't turn into open areas. If you ever want someone to talk to about this, or want advice about supplemental therapies that genuinely helped me in the past while I was trying to lose the weight, just say the word! You're not alone!

You're headed in a good direction! After my wife gave birth to 2 kids, she struggled, and GLPs have been a huge help for her! It's tough to hear that you're dealing with PCOS and HS. Wishing you the best on your path, and it's great to meet you!

Hi and thanks for the welcome. I dropped 70 pounds using Retatrutide that came from a highly trusted supplier. These days I've hit my target weight, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. There are plenty of different approaches out there, I realize. For me, Reta was the pick because it ramps up metabolism, and I knew I needed that boost. It felt like magic in my case. The numbers also lined up nicely. Across the Reta trials, the typical weight reduction came to 29%. That was precisely what I required, down to the pound. No other option could deliver that. Sure, I understand it's just 1 data point (mine), but I'd call it a success story.
