I'd really like to try others, but I need to understand them better first. Googling, or looking on places such as Reddit or TikTok (yeah, I know those aren't great sources), hasn't gotten me the answers I want, so that's why I'm here. Finding this forum was pure luck.

My skin has shifted a little. That said, at 47, I figure I need heavier hitters. The surprising part is my hair — it’s growing like crazy. I used ghk-cu for 2 months, and right now I’m on a short break. From what I’ve heard, cycling it is necessary. My dose was small and taken every day. Whether the cycling claim holds up, I can’t say.
