Hey there! tirz has been part of my life for just over 1 year now, and the UK is where I'm based. Weight and binge eating have been a struggle my whole life, and nothing but tirz has ever brought me even close to normal! It has help me immensely. The same 25kg got gained and lost over and over across most of my life. Keeping it off and working harder on better ways to cope than binging was what I finally wanted, and that's where tirz and therapy came in! Maintained weightloss and binge free is roughly where I've been (mostly, still a challenge, if I'm being fully transparent) basically since tirz started. Honestly, getting tirz from a private pharmacy provider here in the UK is getting expensive, so researching alternatives and working out what other options exist is the journey I'm starting! Learning more from everyone is exciting! Oh, and ravingbaker is my name because my weekends go either to baking a loaf of sourdough or to stomping to techno in a warehouse
