Male, 52, from the UK. My weight loss journey began 6 months back. Mounjaro was my starting point, but rising costs pushed me to go grey. Right now I'm stacking tirzepatide / retatrutide, tesamorelin & ipamorelin. Down more than 45kg, so it's going well.
 
how are the results treating you with the ipa, mate?? i'm also new around here, doing my research first before i take the plunge and get started with it. how's the sourcing side going for you etc? are you sticking with suppliers you've dealt with before, or are you leaning on the group to track things down etc?

In what way are you combining Reta with Tirz? Are you using a small amount of Reta alongside a larger Tirz dose?
