Full on branded Mounjaro has been used in the past with good weight loss results, stopped at the 7.5mg point after the initial 2.5 and 5mg. Stopping the desire for alcohol was a good result too, though some gastro issues came with it and are being investigated elsewhere — two colonoscopies in so far!
A bowel blockage turned up that even Plenvu didn't touch, which even they were shocked at.
40lbs off in less than 3 months did happen, which was too extreme, and 15 have gone back on since stopping (that pesky food noise).
