Hello everyone, I'm new on here and writing from the UK. I stay fairly anonymous online, but I did want to say a proper hello.
Semaglutide is what I take at the moment, and I've been weighing up a switch to tirzepatide or retatrutide. From there I ended up going deep on independent testing - Janoshik reports, COAs, purity, sterility - trying to separate what's genuinely useful from what's just marketing.
The main reason I'm here is to pick the brains of people who've been in this space longer than me, get my head around how testing works, and make informed choices instead of rushing in.
