I am 20, from the UK, and Peptides plus what they mean for the health Industry and everyday people have my full attention. No professional health experience here - very much a podcast bro who enjoys researching. Good shape, I'd say, and a mostly healthy lifestyle. Training happens 5x a week, split between strength training and martial arts.
Reta is the only peptide I have done, but trying more and gathering research on which ones is very much on the cards. Listening to more "professional"/knowledgeable health experts has grown my concern about the sources of these peptides and the quality control.
Essentially, cutting through the BS and getting proper information is the aim, as I know there is, a ton of misinformation online about everything to do with peptides.
