Hi everyone, this is my intro post.

I'm in my late 20s. When I began in Nov24, I weighed 92kg; as of Mar26 I'm at 69kg. My height is 176cm, which puts my BMI at 22.5. I work a desk job that keeps me mostly inactive, but I hit the gym 3 times per week on a full body program and I'm getting ready for a 5k. My daily calorie target sits near 1650... I've had mixed results, and right now I'm roughly at my goal weight, though I'd like to lower my body fat and improve my overall health.

My Semaglutide came from an online pharmacy, first dose in December 2024. I moved up to 2.4mg weekly pens and stayed there until January this year. That's when I restarted Sertraline, and together they killed my appetite completely, so I stepped back down to 1.7mg weekly. Side effects have been more or less negligible, even when my diet is poor or I sleep badly. The weight loss itself has been great, but across the last few months I've wanted to be more active, more awake and more mindful, so I deliberately lowered my Semaglutide dose to bring some appetite back, take in more protein, and regain muscle I'd lost.

Biohacking has always appealed to me, and once I read up on GLP-1s it felt like an obvious move. The science side genuinely interests me, and I've tracked what's happening in this area for a long time. I'm grateful for the changes Semaglutide has enabled: diet first, then weight, then energy, now exercise, and I hope later on it helps me rebuild confidence and keep my life heading somewhere positive.

Naturally, there are two matching downsides. First, the ongoing cost of my Semaglutide prescription, which I can cover and expect to keep covering, but still. Second, that same impulse that got me onto Sema originally: curiosity about what else is out there.

Current stack:

  • Peptides: Semaglutide 1.7mg weekly (previously for obesity, now maintaining)
  • SSRIs: Sertraline 0.5mg daily (for depression)
  • Supplements: Vitamin D, Magnesium (for depression and indoor working)
  • Nootropics: Glycine, N-Acetylcysteine, L-Theanine (for anxiety and general quality of life)

So, thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope you're glad to have me join the forum. I'm looking forward to taking part.

Wishing you all the best, mate! I've got my fingers crossed for you. I was in the spot you're in (or so I figure), and you'll come out the other side.
Appreciate it! Glad to know things turned out well!
