Hi,

I'm in the UK, in my late forties, and I have ADHD.

A few months ago I gave a GLP-1 a go for the first time — Tirzepatide. At 2.5mg it made a huge difference to my ADHD, but when I moved up to 5mg I got really sick.

So now I'm looking into alternatives like reta and doing my research here.

Thanks

Is it worth pursuing an ADHD diagnosis? ADHD meds are capable of cutting appetite significantly — potentially even more so than GLP-1s. I had to quit my ADHD medication because it left me feeling like a zombie.
