Hi all! Wisconsin is where I'm typing this from! tirz itself is nothing new to me (about 2 years on it now!) though research and making sure everything I do is safe remains a constant, and helping out people who are only just beginning is part of that. Every one of us was a newbie at some point!!! The info on here is superb. Only wish I'd come across it much sooner!!
70 lbs has come off across the last 2 years, and a maintenance dose has been my level for a while. The results and the whole tirz experience have left me very happy.
